Investigating - If the 'Maintain current project status for all submitted form parts' setting is enabled in your form setup, the project still reverts to 'pending' after submitting a second part.

Volunteer Platform | Mission not visible in the frontend on first publishing
Investigating - If you have the Volunteer platform enabled, please note the following technical issue:

When publishing a mission on the volunteer platform, the mission may not appear initially.

Workaround:
To resolve this temporarily, you will need to:

Publish the mission as usual.
Go to Actions > Edit > Save to re-publish it. This should make the mission appear on the platform.

Our engineering team is actively working on a permanent resolution, and we will update you as soon as it is resolved.
