We are currently experiencing an issue affecting new project submissions across all Optimy environments.
Projects submitted today may be impacted in the following ways:
-The project may not appear in the project list (no status assigned at submission)
- The project status change box and unlock/lock option might not be visible
-The project's history may not be visible
-Workflows may not have been triggered as expected
Important: Project data is correctly submitted. No data is lost.
Our technical team is actively investigating and working on a resolution so that everything appears correctly again.
