Identified - We have identified an issue affecting the email variants in the project record. Some users may not see their email variants when changing a project status. Our team is actively working on a fix. We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide updates shortly.

Workaround: Use the "Personalize the email before sending" option in the Modify Status panel to manually adjust the content of the Standard template before sending.
